Description

Integrating services and other resources with the European Open Science Cloud (EOSC) asks providers to give structured information based on a perspective of managed service provision and the formal structures IT Service Management (ITSM). In order to both simplify the collection of this information, and in order to make the effort more useful to providers, it is best seen in the context of introducing ITSM to the provider in a broader sense. This webinar introduces the EOSC landscape and what is asks of providers, then shows how the FitSM ITSM standard can be used to meet these needs and to support better management and provision of services and other resources.
