SME/industry engagement within EOSC

Objectives The main objective of this session is to concentrate on success stories showcasing how commercial entities are engaging with the European Open Science Cloud (EOSC). Presentations will initially outline the overarching roles that companies can play, then move into specific use cases from the EOSC Digital Innovation Hub (DIH), companies participating within the EOSC-hub project Thematic Services, and a couple examples of individual companies that have engaged the EOSC over the last year. The session will conclude with brief panel as an opportunity for the audience to pose questions and to hear from the EOSC DIH Business Pilots directly, who will be offering demonstrations over the course of Thursday 11 April.
This session is complementary to additional opportunities for industry to participate/engage with the EOSC via procurement activities (see following afternoon session).
