Thursday 11 April 2019, 14:30 - 18:00, Room: Prague A+B

Chairs Ognjen Prnjat, GRNET and Isabel Campos Plasencia, CSIC
Objectives This session focuses on bringing together the recently funded projects in the EOSC topic “Coordination of EOSC-relevant national initiatives across Europe and support to prospective EOSC service providers”. The projects aim to contribute to the mapping and harmonisation of the procedures regulating the delivery of horizontal services related to research data by prospective EOSC service providers and by national initiatives located in different Member States and Associated Countries.
The projects’ vision for the coordination, convergence and federation of EOSC-relevant national and thematic initiatives for open research data and services will be presented. The plans and approaches towards  enabling EOSC-relevant, non-commercial services to be accessed through the EOSC portal will be discussed.
The objective is to inform the audience of the actions regarding the above topics, which will be implemented during the next 3 years across Europe.
