EGI in the EOSC ERA: Status, Impact and Future steps
Let's meet at: 11:30 - 13:00 | 17 April 2018
Chair: Rosette Vandenbroucke, EGI Executive Board

You can't miss it if you are

  • a scientist or representative of a scientific community interested in gaining access to EGI federated services or contribute own resources, scientific products like data and applications to the EGI Federation for broader exploitation
  • a service provider interested in integrating your services with the EGI AAI infrastructure
  • a prospective partner interested in learning about the EGI service portfolio
  • a EGI Community member interest in learning about the recent developments and results achieved by EGI partners at large.

Through a series of lightning talks, this session will provide an overview of the latest achievements of the EGI Community in terms of novel services and solutions, user community support and training, research community activities and engagement to scientific communities, projects, researchers, educators and innovators in academia and industry - and to the NGIs themselves - and supports them in tackling scientific challenges with the use of ICT services.

The session will offer an opportunity to EGI partners and collaborating projects and initiatives to learn about:

  • status and latest developments of the EGI Federation,
  • EGI impact on research and innovation,
