Back to the EOSC-hub week 2020

EOSC-hub is officially announcing the cancellation of the physical EOSC-hub week 2020 in Karlsruhe, Germany. Because EOSC-hub and the EOSC Executive Board are committed to minimizing the impact of COVID-19 on scientific research and collaboration, we believe we have the responsibility and the duty to ensure that these activities continue despite the current, extreme circumstances. We have therefore decided to move the EOSC-hub week and the EOSC Consultation Day online in a videoconference format.

We look forward to virtually meeting during the online activities of the EOSC-hub week 2020!

Frequently Asked questions:

  • I have already registered to the EOSC-hub week. Will my registration fee be refunded?

Participants with an active registration to the EOSC-hub week 2020 will be refunded. You don't need to take any actions. We will refund you ASAP. For any questions please contact communications@eosc-hub.eu

  • I have already booked my flights and hotels in Karlsruhe and cannot cancel them.

  • I have already submitted an abstract for a poster/demo. What shall I do?

The EOSC-hub week will allow abstract authors to share their work with the EOSC-hub week participants. We will provide more information on this in the coming weeks. Plese note that the deadline for the poster/demo submissions has been extended to the end of April 2020.
